Factoría Arte Praga is a virtual art gallery created by Daniel Alvarez with the intention of promoting talented artists in Central and Eastern Europe. This project is also supported by several artists and private collectors, especially by the Spanish poet Jesús María Serrano

Daniel has been living in Prague since 2003 and has been enchanted by its beautiful scenery and poetic contentment. He lived in many countries since he left Spain in 1998 such as Ireland, UK, Holland. Before coming to Prague he extensively travelled through North Africa, Western & Eastern Europe until deciding that Prague was a place to lay his hat.

Whilst travelling he has worked in a variety of different roles for large commercial corporations as an Accountant and Consultant.

He has developed a passion for art because of his involvment in many different cultural events as a student in Spain and with friendships created from different writers and painters.
